To-the-degree temperature across the full brewing range, a PID that holds the set point, and a weighted, counterbalanced handle that makes a slow, controlled pour effortless. The Pro adds a colour LCD, a built-in brew stopwatch, saved presets and scheduling over the original EKG, which Fellow has now superseded — the Pro is the model Amazon actually stocks. The default recommendation for pour-over, and a beautiful object besides.
