It runs five one-touch presets rather than to-the-degree control, and Cosori rates the hold as within 5°F of the target, so precision is a clear step below a Stagg or a Bonavita. What you get instead is a real gooseneck spout, a counterbalanced handle, a 304 stainless interior, lid and spout with no plastic touching the water, 1200W heating and a 60-minute keep-warm — at roughly a third of flagship money.
