Not for you? Consider the Bialetti Moka Express 6-Cup — or see all moka pots .
The 3-cup Moka Express is the small size of Bialetti's eight-sided original, designed and made in Italy since 1933. Bialetti measures moka cups as espresso servings of about 2 oz and puts the 3-cup at 4.4 oz of coffee: one generous cup or two small ones. It is aluminium and made for gas and electric hobs; on induction it needs Bialetti's induction plate adapter. Bialetti's care instruction is to rinse it with warm water after each use, with no soap or dishwasher. Fill it to the valve each time, because a moka pot is built to brew its full size.
