The verdict
Hario's Mizudashi is about the simplest cold brew setup there is: put ground coffee in the fine mesh basket, fill the pot with water and leave it in the fridge. This is the 600 ml size, model MCPN-7-B, a heatproof borosilicate glass pot about 21 cm tall with a polypropylene lid and strainer frame, and a polyester mesh filter that lifts out for cleaning. Hario suggests grinding coarser for a lighter, more delicate cold brew and finer for more body and strength. It is made in Japan.
