The verdict
Brewista sets temperature in 1°F steps on an LCD console, adds a flash-boil setting to cut the wait and a keep-warm mode to hold the target, in a 1L body — more water than the Stagg's 0.9L. The 1000W element means it is not the quickest kettle on this page, and the spout is a touch wider than a Stagg's, but for pour-over control a step below flagship money it is the closest like-for-like alternative.
