Mehmet Efendi has roasted in Istanbul since 1871 and grinds this 100 percent arabica medium roast to the flour-fine powder a cezve needs, which is exactly the grind almost no home burr grinder can produce. Buying it pre-ground is the cheapest way to make good Turkish coffee without a dedicated mill, at the usual cost of pre-ground coffee: it stales faster once open.
